Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales team in a permanent, full-time remote-capable role based in Poland.

The position focuses on data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budget monitoring using SAP and Excel to support commercial decisions. You will also manage data across customer, order, and financial systems, coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service, and contribute to reporting quality improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar sales support, business support, or analytical role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
• Experience working with financial files, reports, and business data.
• Excellent Polish with a communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills; Salesforce is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare regular reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department.
• Analyze business data extracted from SAP and Excel to support commercial decision-making.
• Reconcile and monitor budgets related to additional sales representatives’ expenses.
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Sales team.
• Maintain, update, and verify customer, order, sales, and financial data in internal systems.
• Support the smooth flow of information between Sales and other departments, particularly Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Monitor order-related processes, deadlines, and irregularities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting quality, data accuracy, and sales support processes.
