Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager for SSD FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting for the Seasonal & Specialty Distribution segment. You will provide leadership on P&L performance and partner with global finance leaders to deliver consolidated insights.

The role requires a BS in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years in FP&A or business finance, with strong Excel and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid/remote work is supported with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years experience in Financial planning & analysis / business finance.
• Strong business partnering / communication / influencing skills.
• Strong Excel capabilities / Power BI or Snowflake knowledge helpful.
• Strong understanding of SBD systems / processes including EPM & HFM.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting for SSD FP&A cycles.
• Provide financial leadership and transparency over SSD P&L performance.
• Deliver insightful reporting and analysis of month-end, forecast and operating plan.
• Partner with global and commercial financial leaders for consolidated reporting.
• Assist in story building for month end & quarterly reviews with analytical slides.
• Provide guidance & financial support to the SSD brand and product teams.
• Ensure governance and reporting structure alignment across T&O matrix.
• Develop partnerships with T&O FP&A to track, consolidate and report consistently.
• Adapt templates and processes to evolving analytical needs and consolidations.
• Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting by managing calendars and reporting files.
