Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, BI, data engineering or related roles.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or major projects.
• Experience with SAP Finance and related financial systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Python and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of senior data analysts and data engineers, including oversight of large-scale initiatives and vendor collaboration.
• Oversee multiple cross-functional, high-visibility analytics projects with various stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with Finance leadership to ensure financial applications meet requirements.
• Lead business requirements discussions and align analytics solutions to priorities.
• Drive strategic reporting initiatives through scalable analytics and BI solutions.
• Lead design and development of dashboards, visualizations and reporting tools.
• Translate business requirements into work plans for team members and contractors.
• Reduce manual processes via automation and standardized data.
• Enhance reporting practices for efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and coach analysts across functions.
