Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our global Sales team from a remote Poland location. You will handle data from SAP and Excel, prepare reports, forecast insights, and assist with budget tracking for sales expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of analyses.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Marketing and Customer Service to keep data clean and processes efficient while supporting strategic commercial decisions.

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP, with experience in financial files and business data.
• Experience in a sales support, business support or analytical role.
• Fluent or excellent Polish with strong written and spoken English; Salesforce a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare regular reports, summaries, analyses and presentations for Sales.
• Analyze business data from SAP and Excel to support commercial decisions.
• Reconcile and monitor budgets related to additional sales reps’ expenses.
• Provide operational and administrative support and maintain data in internal systems.
• Support information flow between Sales and Finance, Logistics, Marketing and Customer Service.
