Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Sales Order Management Analyst - Retail to join a Canada-based team reporting to the Business Support Manager. You will manage daily order activities, ensure data integrity, and drive service levels for key customers or channels.

The role requires a degree in business or supply chain, SAP/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in Supply Chain preferred (internship or coop).
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price blocks and manage daily Sales Order activities to maximize service level and on-time performance.
• Maintain customer data integrity for selected accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for promotions and product launches.
• Perform day-to-day problem solving and drive process improvements.
• Produce reports and ensure adherence to KPIs and objectives.
• Communicate with customer accounts and internal management.
• Ensure SB&D operations align with changes in customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Supply Chain for major customer promotions.
• Oversee data mapping integrity and FOB coordination.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in order management processes.
