Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for Care Center Sales.

This fully remote role handles inbound and outbound calls, promotes Interlock products, and delivers exceptional service to clients nationwide. You will build strong client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service while upholding our reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry.

Qualifications

• Inbound/outbound calls and consultative sales approach.
• Provide product information, address inquiries, resolve issues.
• Build relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage callers to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
