Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. seeks a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by managing inbound/outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide. You will handle inquiries, tailor solutions, and contribute to profitability while upholding our reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry.

The role is fully remote with equipment provided, a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions, and a benefits package including health, 401(k) match, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales/customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may yield additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
• Gather and manage data across platforms and prepare sales materials.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support and other duties as assigned.
