Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive nationwide revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

You will manage opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to profitability while upholding our reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry. The role offers fully remote work with equipment provided, uncapped commissions, and a strong health plan with 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.
• Able to work remotely with reliable equipment and a productive home office.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers; promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information; address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence; keep detailed CRM records.
