Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products nationwide, and delivering exceptional service from a remote work setup.

You will build relationships, identify new opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records while representing a mission-driven company in the alcohol-monitoring industry. This full-time remote role offers uncapped commissions, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) match, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients.
