Smart Start, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role that supports Care Center Sales nationwide.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
