Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. in the United States seeks a Sales Program Advisor for a nationwide remote role.

You will manage inbound and outbound Care Center calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients while expanding the customer base. This position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and additional fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
