Smart Start, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound Care Center calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients nationwide.

This fully remote role includes uncapped commissions, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and additional benefits designed to support work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
