Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a confident Virtual Sales Advisor for a fully remote role based in the US. You will engage with warm leads, advise on cleaning services, and convert interest into bookings from a home office. Your performance determines earnings through uncapped commissions and a negotiable base salary.

You’ll manage prospects, maintain CRM data, and meet sales targets while working with supportive management. A laptop, reliable internet, and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Clear and professional communication in English, written and verbal.
• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection calmly.
• Proven success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
• Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
• Stable internet connection (minimum download speed of 20mbps)
