Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a confident Service Solutions Sales Consultant to help customers select the right cleaning solution and drive business growth. The role is fully remote, requiring strong communication and proven phone-based sales ability.

You’ll engage warm leads, assess needs, recommend services, and manage CRM data while building trust and closing bookings. The position offers a negotiable base salary plus uncapped commission and an attractive OTE, with ample leave and career growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Clear and professional English communication.
• Able to manage responsibilities independently.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Proven track record in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
