Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant to convert online enquiries into bookings in a fast-moving, digital-first environment. You’ll manage digital and incoming opportunities, communicating with prospective customers and guiding them toward the right cleaning solution.

The role emphasizes responding to warm leads, closing sales, and maintaining CRM records, with a fully remote setup and a generous uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and confident when handling rejection.
• Proven success in phone-based sales.
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving results.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
