Openkrill, a UK-based cleaning company operating remotely, is expanding its sales team in the US. We are seeking a Sales Specialist who can convert warm leads into bookings, build relationships, and close deals via phone and online communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in direct sales or business development, excellent English, and comfort with CRM tools. This role offers a negotiable base, uncapped commissions, and a fully remote setup with strong management support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven phone-based sales success.
• Target-driven with a strong performance record.
• Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems.
