Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a remote Sales Advisor for a UK-wide role with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Start date is 2nd November.

You will make outbound calls, understand customer needs, and guide them through product options, while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Fully remote across the UK (outside London), with two weeks of comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' recent, continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar outbound sales environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A resilient, positive, and self-motivated approach.
• The drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers and building strong rapport.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.
• Confidently handling objections and guiding customers through the sales process.
• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining excellent customer service while delivering a consultative sales approach.
• Managing a high volume of calls in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
