Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Advisor working remotely with hybrid options. The role offers a base salary with potential yearly bonus and 33 days annual leave, plus the option to buy additional days. You will train extensively and progress within a high-volume sales environment.

You will contact customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable packages while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Right-to-work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years.
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A resilient, driven attitude and genuine motivation to achieve targets.

Job description

Salary: £25,506 basic salary plus average bonus earnings of up to £7000 per year

Location: Remote and Hybrid options available

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 9am and 7pm

Two 15minute breks and a lunch break are included in your working day

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will contact potential customers to understand their needs, introduce suitable products, and recommend the most appropriate package.

Using your communication and sales skills, you will:

• Build rapport with customers
• Identify customer needs
• Recommend suitable products and solutions
• Handle objections confidently
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

This is a high-volume, target-driven sales environment, so you must be comfortable making regular outbound calls, having sales conversations, and maintaining performance against set KPIs.

You will receive two weeks of initial training, followed by ongoing coaching and development to support your success and career progression.

Working Hours

This is a 37.5-hour per week contract, operating Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
