You will build client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality service in the alcohol-monitoring industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
