Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company in the United States, seeks a Sales Administrator to support a software sales team. You will manage CRM records, process quotes and orders, and oversee contract administration, including e-signatures, to ensure accurate data and smooth transactions.

You will work with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, contributing to efficient sales operations and improved customer experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales Administration or related role.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience preparing and processing sales quotes, contracts, and orders.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain leads and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Support Account Executives with CRM updates, data entry, and coordination.
• Process quotes, orders, and customer contracts for accuracy.
• Manage e-signature workflows and signed documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues.
