Job summary

Kawasaki is seeking a National Sales administrative support professional to act as liaison for DSSA updates, maintain dealer contact data, and assist with travel and reporting. Strong Office365 skills and DMV regulatory knowledge are required.

Candidate will manage SharePoint filing, generate reports in Cognos/Tableau, and support regional sales leadership with timely communications and document workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Office365 including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn Cognos, Tableau and dealer portal for critical transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealer contact lists and update DSSA details in real time.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements for regional approvals.
• Draft internal correspondence during order periods to ensure compliance.
• Maintain electronic filing in SharePoint for all dealers in the region.
• Answer regional calls and assist with travel coordination.
• Produce weekly/monthly itineraries and compile sales and market reports.
• Understand DMV state sales/distributor license requirements for leadership staff.
