Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. seeks a Data Support Specialist I to manage client inventory onboarding, accuracy, and data maintenance. You will collaborate with Development and Customer Support and handle cases in Salesforce, while assisting internal teams on data issues.

You will work remotely from the Rockville, MD area on complex inventory configurations, with emphasis on data analysis and documentation to support dealer partners across North and South America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or certification.
• Strong customer service phone proficiency with technical knowledge and communication skills.
• Experience in a technical contact center and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• On-board and maintain client inventory with accuracy.
• Handle cases via Salesforce and assist internal teams with data issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot data syndication via FTP and API.
• Mentor new staff and contribute to knowledgebase articles.
