ZLINE Kitchen and Bath is seeking a Remote - Sales Account Manager to serve Dealer Partners in the Southern California area. You will own full account management, process orders, and grow sales while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

This role requires travel around 60%+ initially, strong communication, and experience with Salesforce and Google Suite. Training begins with 30 days of customer experience training; benefits include medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and sales skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full Account Management and Ownership: Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners; identify opportunities to grow accounts and areas for improvement.
• Ensure up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials; conduct training (virtual, in-person).
• Convert Leads to Accounts.
