Job summary

JoVE, a leading provider of video solutions for science education, is seeking a sales professional to grow adoption at universities and colleges. You will own the full sales cycle and present to researchers, faculty and librarians.

The role is fully remote in the United States, requires 3+ years in sales, strong communication and Salesforce experience, and travel of about 2 days per week. Competitive compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. Meet or exceed new business targets.
• Present the product online and in-person, to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians.
• Proactively build & maintain pipeline through active outreach via emails, calls and in-person meetings.
• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
• Work effectively with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver on sales targets, renewals, team projects and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.
