Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior Specialist to join our remote team. You will work directly with project customers, provide end-user support, and collaborate with internal consultants and external vendors to resolve Sage Intacct issues.

The role offers flexible remote work, opportunities for growth, and exposure to a wide range of financial systems. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in accounting/finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• 3+ years in accounting/finance with ERP exposure or software support.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, project management, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and owning customer support tickets daily.
• Determining a course of action after review of case tickets.
• Testing possible solutions in demonstration environments.
• Adding internal comments and contacting customers with possible solutions.
• Escalating issues to management or Sage Intacct support/engineering.
• Following up on outstanding tickets.
• Delegating issues to implementation or technical services for highly configured instances.
• Communicating progress during resolution process.
• Participating in on-the-job coaching and firm-wide learning.
