Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior Specialist for a remote role. You will work with project customers, support end users, and coordinate with internal and external teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, provision, and escalate issues in the Sage Intacct environment.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in accounting/finance with ERP exposure.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Review, assign, and own customer support tickets daily and respond promptly.
• Determine action plans after reviewing tickets and test solutions in demo envs.
• Add internal comments and contact customers with potential solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management or Sage Intacct engineering.
• Follow up regularly on outstanding tickets and coordinate with teams.
• Engage in mentoring and firm-wide learning programs.
