Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting/finance with ERP exposure or software support.
• Strong communication, project mgmt and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Manage and own customer support tickets daily.
• Determine actions based on case review.
• Test solutions in demo environments.
• Add internal comments and communicate solutions to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Follow up on outstanding tickets.
• Collaborate with implementation/technical teams for complex cases.
• Engage in coaching and development programs.
