• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate functional requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct features and integrations.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide training and support to customers and relate system functionality to business needs.
