Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS, or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience with Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or SaaS/business analysis.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable plans.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core/advanced modules and features.
• Define rollout plans for custom solutions integrating with Sage Intacct.
• Deliver project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Train customer end-users and map requirements to systems.
