Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to collaborate with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into software solutions. You will support Sage Intacct and related ERP/finance SaaS deployments, ensuring high customer adoption and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, solution design, training end-users and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. Remote work is allowed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/finance SaaS.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff.
• Ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.
• Excel proficiency; pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with key stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and modules.
• Define rollout of integrated solutions based on processes.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution.
• Escalation handling and knowledge sharing.
