Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to work with Agile teams in a remote setting across the United States and Canada. You will translate business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria and help groom the product backlog.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably business, engineering, or related field.
Significant experience in U.S. retirement industry or related financial services.
Experience with defined contributions is a must.
3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile SAFe environment.
Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira/Confluence; strong analytical and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Define and refine business and technical requirements with Product Managers and Owners.
Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and backlog grooming.
Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning.
Support Agile team during iterations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Analyze and document processes; act as liaison between business and technical teams.
Assist in defining and validating solution features during development.
