Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Senior Agile Transformation Coach to lead, train, and mentor employees across the enterprise on Agile principles. You will drive culture change from traditional to Agile, coach senior leaders, and ensure consistent Agile practices and measurement across large programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coaching, training delivery, and strategic guidance while enabling flexible, remote work options for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Agile coaching at scale in large enterprises.
• Proven track record transforming organizations from traditional to Agile.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, XP, and other Agile approaches.
• Experience coaching leaders and teams, driving cultural change.
• Candidates should have strong familiarity with JIRA or Azure Boards.
• Ability to train and mentor across all levels of the organization.
• Experience presenting to executives and leading workshops.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor cross-functional groups on Agile values and SAFe/scrum practices.
• Coach evangelists to raise maturity across the organization.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on planning, estimation, and demos.
• Monitor Agile metrics and guide improvements.
• Develop training materials and run Agile coaching programs.
• Lead multiple high-performing Agile teams and large-scale programs.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and conflict resolution facilitation.
• Build relationships with business lines and stakeholders to ensure transparency.
