Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead complex Scrum implementations across multiple product and platform teams. You will mentor other Scrum Masters, align Agile practices with organizational objectives, and work with Product Owners, engineering leadership, and senior management to remove impediments and improve delivery predictability.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development execution using Agile methodology.
Advanced Scrum Master Certification (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II) or equivalent.
Experience in mentoring and coaching teams, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
Proficiency in setting and producing meaningful sprint metrics to track, interpret, and course-correct based on data.
Experience with ADO or similar tools for tracking and managing development work.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and team members on Agile practices and principles.
Facilitate removal of blockers to accelerate sprint progress and delivery.
Coordinate Scrum of Scrums for cross-team alignment and quarterly releases.
Develop and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners and engineering leadership to prioritize backlog by business value.
Protect teams from external disruption to maintain focus and velocity.
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve delivery outcomes.
