Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Product Lead Engineer to act as the technical authority across multiple Agile scrum teams. You will guide architecture, decompose requirements, and ensure reliable, well-engineered software across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, driving best practices, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in production SaaS environments.
• Strong command of relational database design and SQL optimization (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and make implementation decisions within teams.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Success to clarify requirements and deliver on schedule.
