RealTime eClinical Solutions is a US-based, remote-friendly SaaS company delivering cloud-based clinical research software. We seek a Product Lead Engineer to serve as the technical authority across multiple Agile teams, guiding design, implementation, and delivery of complex features for backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.

The role emphasizes mentorship, coding excellence, and collaboration with Product, QA, and Customer Success to ensure reliable, scalable software, while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including production SaaS environments.
• Strong command of relational database design, SQL optimization, and data modeling (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill less experienced engineers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.
• Decompose ambiguous requirements into well-scoped tasks and address technical debt.
• Contribute production code regularly as a player-coach and model engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and technical guidance.
