Job summary

DBSync Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Associate to support the sales team in engaging customers, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with solution design. This entry-level role helps you build technical sales expertise while contributing to DBSync's growth.

You will learn to understand customer requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate across teams to deliver value-driven solutions. This remote US position follows a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST schedule.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in SaaS, IT sales, or related technical sales support role.

Responsibilities

Assist in product demonstrations by showcasing DBSync's data integration solutions to prospective customers.
Support sales activities including lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and alignment with solution sales strategies.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic technical guidance with support from senior team members.
Stay updated on product features, SaaS trends, and data integration technologies.
Contribute to customer engagement by gathering feedback and assisting in developing strategies to improve adoption.
Learn and grow by enhancing technical sales skills through training, mentorship, and self-learning.
