Job summary

Syncron is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as a strategic partner in the sales process, blending technical acumen, business knowledge, and strong communication to solve complex customer challenges.

You will collaborate with Sales to understand needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate value through compelling demonstrations and workshops, driving measurable business outcomes for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions consulting or similar customer-facing role in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Experience designing tailored proposals, demos, and workshops.
• Strong commercial awareness linking tech to business outcomes.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities
