VERSANT (Nasdaq: VSNT) is seeking a Market Sales Manager for GolfNow to drive full-sales-cycle revenue across tee sheet, POS, and related SaaS solutions. This remote role requires travel to engage golf course partners and prospects, with relocation to the greater Detroit area encouraged.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, expand adoption, and partner with internal teams to hit growth metrics while supporting golf course operators and resort leaders.

Formación

• 5+ years of SaaS sales, digital marketing, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle, close new business, and grow revenue.
• Experience selling software, POS, payments, or marketing tech to hospitality or golf sectors.
• Strong relationship, communication, presentation, discovery, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce) and strong research skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle across assigned markets, including account planning, relationship development, discovery, solution selling, negotiation, retention, expansion, and closing opportunities across GolfNow’s tee sheet, POS, handheld POS, and related SaaS solutions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with golf course partners, prospects, and multi-course operators by understanding their business challenges and aligning GolfNow technology and marketing solutions to their goals.
• Retain and grow an existing book of business by identifying partner needs, uncovering expansion opportunities, and positioning GolfNow solutions that support measurable business outcomes.
• Prepare and present customized GolfNow solutions that address partner needs across operations, revenue management, golfer engagement, tee time utilization, and technology adoption.
• Become a market expert by developing detailed knowledge of local golf courses, competitive dynamics, decision-makers, market trends, and sales opportunities.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, revenue performance, retention opportunities, product adoption, and partner insights in CRM system.
• Partner with regional leadership and internal teams to analyze market opportunities, execute sales and marketing strategies, and improve key performance metrics including client growth, retention, product adoption, tee time utilization, and golfer engagement.
