Job summary

Versant Media's GolfNow division is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across assigned markets, selling GolfNow’s SaaS tech, tee sheets, POS, payments, marketing, and distribution solutions.

This remote role requires regular travel within the region to meet prospects and clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS or tech sales and an hunter mindset, capable of linking solutions to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in SaaS or tech solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting and closing.
• Experience selling software, POS, payments, or related technology products.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate SaaS products to operators and decision-makers.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, consult with, and close golf course and resort partners on GolfNow solutions.
• Own outbound prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Become certified to demo GolfNow core software and link to client needs.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with Salesforce activity and next steps.
• Develop targeted sales plans and identify decision-makers in assigned markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic acquisition opportunities.
• Demonstrate revenue, operations, and golfer experience improvements from GolfNow tech.
• Prepare for in-market travel with market plans and sales materials.
