Versant is seeking a Market Sales Manager for GolfNow to drive adoption of tee sheets, POS, and SaaS solutions. The role is remote with regular in-market travel to engage golf course partners and prospects, with relocation to the greater Detroit area if needed.

You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships, and expand an existing book of business across assigned markets to grow rounds, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales or related field.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Experience selling software, payments, or marketing tech in hospitality/golf.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness/ability to travel extensively including weekends or short-notice needs.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle across assigned markets, including planning, discovery, negotiation, retention, expansion, and closing.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with golf course partners and multi-course operators.
• Retain and grow existing book by identifying needs and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and present customized GolfNow solutions addressing operations, revenue, and engagement.
• Develop market knowledge and track opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to analyze opportunities and improve key metrics.
