Qualifications

• Experience selling software or services to sales teams is welcome but not required.
• Must be comfortable on the phone and persistent.
• Ability to build a pipeline from ground up and manage multiple stages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts including sales managers, agency founders, and staffing firms.
• Generate and own a full pipeline through outbound outreach and relationship building.
• Lead discovery calls and demos to show value and close deals.
• Move prospects through a free trial and negotiate deal structures.
• Maintain clean records of pipeline and next steps in Fundio.
