Fundio is seeking an Account Executive to own the sales funnel from prospecting through close in a fully remote role. Uncapped commissions and high autonomy empower you to build your pipeline and close deals.

You will identify target accounts, conduct outbound outreach via calls and texts, run discovery, demos, and trials, and shape deal structures from simple brokerages to multi-office teams. Flexible hours and a fast-growing early-stage environment await.

Qualifications

• Ability to build a pipeline rather than rely on handed leads.
• Comfortable on the phone all day and handling rejection.
• Excited by an early stage company and building a sales organization.
• Experience selling software or related services is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts (sales managers, brokerage owners, agency founders, contractors, staffing firms, dealerships).
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound calling, texting and relationship building.
• Lead discovery calls to understand current outbound processes and needs.
• Run product demos showing how Fundio helps teams act on leads at any hour.
• Move prospects through the free trial, setup, and first campaign.
• Handle objections, pricing conversations and the close, shaping deal structures.
• Keep clean records of pipeline, next steps, expected close dates and value.
