Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Sales Development Leader to hire, train and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, and to develop career growth strategies within the Smartsheet sales organization.

You will report on activity metrics, forecast to sales executives, and motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship. You will actively use Salesforce and other SaaS tools to manage the sales process and set performance standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in SaaS.
• 1-3 years sales management experience.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent.
• Experience giving both positive and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Capability to understand customer pain points and requirements, capacity to respond with value of Smartsheet products and services.
