Job summary

Valorx is seeking a highly organized Workflow Specialist to guide Wave customers from initial configuration through go-live. You will own the end-to-end implementation journey, coordinating with Product and Support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Wave features.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up customers with Valorx Wave.
• Act as Wave expert and provide proactive guidance at all stages.
• Coordinate UAT, milestones, and go-live transitions.
• Manage multiple Wave implementations concurrently.
• Track status, identify risks, and push next steps.
• Collaborate with Product & Support, apply new Wave features.
• Schedule and lead customer touchpoints; drive decisions and actions.
• Be the trusted onboarding contact for customers.
