Jonas Software is seeking a Manager of Professional Services for its Constellation Payments division. This role leads onboarding, integration, and implementation for ISV partners on the PayFac platform, coordinating with product, engineering and operations to ensure timely go-lives.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in SaaS professional services or PM, 2+ years of team leadership, and strong API/integration experience. Remote-first, up to 15% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in SaaS.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models.
• Experience with APIs and technical integration projects.
• Experience with PM tools and reporting components.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all partner implementation projects from planning to timeline management.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, risk and resources.
• Lead and coach a team of professional services and technical implementation resources.
• Coordinate with sales and partner success to align onboarding plans with partner objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and remove roadblocks.
• Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and enablement materials.
• Track performance metrics to ensure high-quality onboarding experiences.
• Champion integrating AI into the professional services team and procedures.
• Create and maintain departmental procedures.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop customer-facing materials.
• Serve as project manager on large or VIP projects.
