Job summary

Constellation Payment Processing is a modern PayFac empowering SaaS businesses to grow revenue through embedded payments. This remote-first role focuses on ISV channel partners and aligning with strategic objectives for the Canadian market.

You will drive forecasting, reporting, and pricing initiatives in collaboration with partners. The position requires a BS degree, 3+ years in account management, strong Excel skills, and willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Strategic Relationship Management or Account Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ISV channel partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Forecast partner performance, revenue growth, and sales pipeline opportunities.
• Create and analyze monthly financial, residual, and performance reports and dashboards.
