Job summary

Constellation Payment Processing, part of Constellation Software, seeks a Manager of Professional Services to lead the onboarding and integration of ISV partners into our PayFac platform. You will oversee project delivery, API integrations, and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and operations to ensure timely go-lives.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS professional services, 2+ years of team leadership, and strong knowledge of payment processing, gateways, and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models.
• Experience with APIs and technical integration projects.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML and other compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of partner implementation projects, including integration planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk and resources.
• Optimize partner implementation for risk, security, and payment yields.
• Lead and coach a team of professional services and technical implementation resources.
• Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to align onboarding plans with partner objectives.
• Serve as the escalation point for implementation issues and work cross-functionally to resolve roadblocks.
• Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and partner enablement materials.
• Track performance metrics to ensure high-quality partner onboarding experiences.
• Be a champion for integrating AI into the professional services team and procedures.
• Create and maintain departmental procedures.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop and maintain customer-facing materials.
• Serve as project manager on large or VIP projects.
