Job summary

Assist is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive testing, validation, and documentation across multiple healthcare-focused SaaS implementations. You will ensure configurations align with client requirements, validate end-to-end workflows, and track follow-through from go-live prep to completion.

The role is fully remote and requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate with the Implementation Manager and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in SaaS implementation, QA, or technical project support.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured testing approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precise action-item tracking.
• Technical fluency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ATS.
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable in an internal, execution-focused role with occasional client meetings.
• Collaborative, ownership-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Test platform configurations across active implementations to verify correct setup and go-live readiness.
• Validate end-to-end standard product runs for each client; verify user setup, core workflows, features.
• Verify client-requested customizations against requirements; flag discrepancies and track resolutions.
• Conduct structured testing cycles at milestones and document results clearly.
• Maintain action-item logs, notes, and status updates across implementations.
• Attend client meetings as needed to gain clarity on asks and customization details.
• Document and maintain customization records and platform documentation.
