Job summary

Symplast is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own the client onboarding journey from kickoff through go-live. You will coordinate EHR and CRM milestones, translate technical needs for non-technical clients, and keep projects moving by managing dependencies and risks in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This is a remote role requiring strong communication, multi-project ownership (20+ implementations), and collaboration with Client Success and Product teams to ensure timely, successful

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or client-facing operations.
• Ability to manage 20+ active implementations concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client meetings.
• Ability to explain technical needs to non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating EHR and CRM workflows across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHR implementation projects from kickoff to completion with CRM tasks.
• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and coordinate with success managers.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates and drive go-live readiness.
• Coordinate client training and workflow reinforcement with product specialists.
• Identify risks early and partner with teams to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in PM and CRM systems.
• Handoff completed onboarding to Client Success.
