Job summary

Henry Schein One seeks a Software Implementations Project Manager to guide Enterprise software implementations for dental practice management. This remote role, with occasional travel, demands strong project leadership, stellar communication, and deep SaaS know-how.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive successful deployments across private, public, and government sectors. A bachelor’s degree is required, plus PMP/CAPM or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of increasing responsibility in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Project management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced level experience with project management.
• Strong appearance and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of industry practices.
• High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
• Good conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages.
• Excellent customer service and organization skills.
• Experience with client/server and cloud-based (SaaS) applications.
• Experience with regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to turn data into insights.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging conversations.
• Ability to diffuse stressful situations.
• Excellent technical skills including network configurations, WANs, Citrix, Virtual Server, 3rd party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, hosted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and control projects from start to finish.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers through all implementation phases.
• Set customer expectations and ensure timely service.
• Deliver quality deliverables according to project timelines and revenue forecast.
• Lead Current State and Future State assessments around functionality and processes.
• Build partnerships at all levels within the company and externally.
• Communicate with C-Level management as needed.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and resolve escalations.
• Track correspondence and tasks to maintain history.
• Provide input into process improvements.
